About Us
Samantha Serna Uribe
Samantha is a dedicated family law attorney with a diverse background in the law and a heart for helping families navigate their legal challenges.
A Texas native, Samantha began her legal career in legal services, where she handled family law cases in the Rio Grande Valley along the Texas-Mexico border. This experience enabled Samantha to develop as a strong advocate and client-centered attorney. Before specializing in family law, Samantha worked in civil litigation and policy initiatives spanning immigrants’ rights, employment, education, voting rights, housing, and estate planning. This diverse experience uniquely equips Samantha to approach family law cases with a holistic perspective and unwavering dedication to her clients’ best interests.

Samantha brings a unique blend of experience and empathy to the practice of law. She approaches each case with the goal to empower her clients and navigate this complicated area of the law with them. Samantha has experience in many types of cases, including jury trial experience. Through clear communication and collaboration, Samantha works to develop a legal strategy to suit the individual circumstances of each case.

Samantha attended the University of Houston, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. During college, Samantha led a team in founding an organization with a mission to develop leadership skills among at-risk youth.
Samantha went on to earn her law degree at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she interned with various organizations, including the Office of Attorney General for the District of Columbia and Tahirih Justice Center.

Samantha is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and is admitted to the Texas Western District, Texas Southern District, and New Mexico District federal courts. She is a member of Texas Bar Association and San Antonio Bar Association.
